Airplane

Delta airlines, headed to Atlanta Georgia then to North Carolina. We had to be at the airport at 4am because our flight leaves at 6am, so we woke up at 2am and drove to Phoenix. The whole day we were gaining time because of the time differences. They are 3 hours ahead of us. When we land in North Carolina it will be 4pm there, so 1pm AZ time. Really confusing !!!!

Let the adventure begin...... We are so excited!!!! Brody's first time in an airplane and our first out of state vacation.....

snack time, bring out the peanuts and soda... Brody did very well on the flight, he was not scared at all. Daddy did awesome to, mommy was a nervous wreck....... lol

Let me tell you how we know Carly and Dewayne. In October of 2009, the Newburns moved in next door to us at the apts. Our kids played together and we all became very close. They were like family. Well in March 2010, they moved here to North carolina. So here we are......

Brody would not stay away from the pond, he was constantly playing by it and yes he fell in..... he was lucky the gold fish didn't get him.... lol :)

What a beautiful view, we are sitting on there deck out back and this is the view of there back yard......just amazing. Andy and I sat out there all day!!

We finally made it, no more driving for a while....

One of our favorite things to do in West Virgina is to go to the Dairy Queen, thats right I said the Dairy Queen. Its right over the river and there slaw burgers are pretty good to. Its just beautiful.....

Everything is green and is on a hill, maybe thats why its called the hills of West Virgina..... So far between North Carolina and West Virgina, West Virgina has the best lighting bugs ever. There are so many, Andy and Brody spent a whole evening catching them..

This is the church Janea's great great grandparents went to along time ago. This is where the family reunion is.

Janea's uncle Dean put this together, so everyone could see where we came from. It was really interesting to look at. The couple in the middle had 8 kids, then she died and he remarried and had 8 more kids.... could you imagine!!!!!

This book has everyone in it, names, b-dates and how we are related. I think its kinda cool because all 4 of our kids are in this book.

There was about 55 people.... to many to name. I only new a quarter of them by face tho.....

While we were at the family reunion, my mom had set it up for all of us to renew our wedding vows. Ya, we were shocked. We had no idea. So, we all got in a line and walked with flowers to wear the pretend preacher was. After the shock wore off It ended up being alot of fun. There was a wedding cake, gifts and silly string..... Andy and I got a West Virgina washer and dryer!!!!!If you dont know what a West Virgina washer and dryer is, it is a clothes pin with a round metal washer glued to it, it was pretty funny.............

The whole way up there Andy and I was scared, what do we say???? So, when we stood before the pretend preacher. My parents started with I will cherish you always and so on...... Andy looked at me scared to death and said what do I say.... I said, what ever you want, just dont say anything about beer!!!!!!! lol lol We both laughed.

So, we are hanging out, when we spotted this huge moth flying around outside. We were all freakin out, except for one person.....

THATS RIGHT ANDY, he was amazed at this thing, I think it was love at first sight.... or maybe he had his beer goggles on..... lol lol :) either way holding it on his finger was not enough, he had to put it on his nose.... Thats my Lovey!!!!!

After a great time in West Virgina, it was time to cruise over to Ohio. Hopefully the moths arent as big there....... lol lol
